This Privacy Policy includes the user's data related to our Products and/or services, or otherwise. Aforementioned include user's name and contact details, and the training records and related data. We will not share any data without the user's permission
Nominations to our scheduled courses are to be processed by the client’s HR/Training department with the exception for self-nominations which are to be paid in advance using the “payment by self” option at the registration form. A payment return will be issued back to the client in the event of course cancellation or seat unavailability. Registration confirmation is subject to our review of the registration application and seat availability.
If a confirmed registration is cancelled less than 5 working days before the course start date, a substitute participant may be nominated to attend the same course, or a (40%) cancellation charge is applied. The same 40% cancellation fee will be charged in case the participant did not show up on the first day of the course.
